This was a collaborative venture of the Division of Teaching and Learning and the Special Education Department.  The nine-month process is represented on the Intervention Timeline and was informed by the recommendations from What Works Clearinghouse and the U.S. Department of Education as outlined by Russell Gersten et al (April 2009) in Gersten’s Recommendations for RtI in Mathematics.
