2007–2008 Induction CheckThe Induction Check tool allows new teachers to enter their names to review their progress in the New Teacher Induction Program. In addition, use the Induction Check to verify if we received forms you have submitted. The best way to ensure forms are received is to email them to newteachersandmentors@dpsk12.org. If you fax your forms, generally, fax machines only confirm faxes that did not go through; therefore, you will not receive any confirmation if your fax was received.
