Under the provisions of the Postsecondary Enrollment Options Act (PSEO), eligible juniors and seniors may take courses at area postsecondary state institutions and apply credit earned toward high school graduation as well as receive college credit. Some high schools also offer college classes at the high school site through postsecondary state institutions. Denver Public Schools will pay the tuition for up to two courses per academic term. Costs for books, fees, and transportation will not be paid. If a student fails the course(s), he or she or his or her parent/guardian will be required to reimburse the district for the cost of tuition.
