Personal Education Plan Requirements
- A Personal Education Plan is a graduation requirement for students graduating in 2011 and beyond.
- A Personal Education Plan is an Individual Career and Academic Plan requirement for all DPS students.
- Our state’s online career and college planning service, CollegeinColorado.org (CIC), will be used as the official career planning resource for Personal Education Plans.
- Naviance will be used as the post-secondary planning resource for Personal Education Plans.
Note: When setting up CollegeinColorado.org and Choices accounts, all students use same naming convention.
Portfolio/User Name: first initial, last name, birth month and date
Password: Student ID #
For example, Portfolio/User Name for Tony Hawk born May 12: thawk0512
Note: Each high school will distribute Naviance login information to students and parents.
